Steve Quartly Works

A modern impressionist with a unique approach, Steve paints with both a palette knife and brush. As a working and living artist from California, Steven Quartly paints from the heart and his soul.

Impressionistic oils of seascapes and cityscapes are what Steve or Steven Quartly  loves to paint. Steve began painting in oils around age 13, showing his love of nature, life, color and form. In 1996 he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Azusa Pacific University. As a student, he was honored when asked to paint a mural on canvas for the Marshburn Library Solarium. That project drove him to pursue fine art & he's never looked back!

Steve's art can be found in some of the most prominent homes and galleries in the United States. Engaging viewers and collectors all over the world with his masterful strokes creating a symphony of color and dramatic perspective.
