The silly soup scene, as well as a scene where the dwarfs build Snow White a bed, were still in the movie as of June 1937. At some point between then and the movie's December 21 premiere, however, Walt decided that both scenes were superfluous and had them removed to make the film more succinct.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, was an American animated musical film, released in 1937, that established Walt Disney as one of the world's most innovative and creative moviemakers.
"Toby" Frederick L. Bluth (July 1940 - October 2013) Toby Bluth happened to be one of those shining gems of talent that drew inspiration from the life and work of Walt Disney. Starting with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and then continuing with Pinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo, and Bambi, the first five feature-length films to come out of Walt Disney Studios, according to Bluth, are the five gems in the crown of animation's royal history.
We have Limited Edition watercolors from those 5 films recreated by Toby Bluth. Hand-deckled edges are a wonderfully informal and artistic finish to fine art prints & float frame beautifully. Be sure to view "Bambi and Mother" by Toby, from Disney's 1942 animated feature film, Bambi.
